SAPAC Reviews 2025 Performance as a Year of Qualitative Excellence and Balanced Growth

In an analytical review of the operational landscape and strategic growth of Saudi Pan Kingdom Company (SAPAC), Mr. Musallam Saleem Alharbi, Vice President of the Group, described 2025 as “a year of qualitative excellence and measured expansion.”

Excellence as a Core Operating Philosophy

As 2025 came to a close, Mr. Al-Harbi stated:
“Standing today before the outcomes of an exceptional year for SAPAC is not merely a celebration of achieved figures, but rather an affirmation of the deep-rooted management philosophy embraced by Pan Kingdom Holding. The results of this year—by the grace of God—have proven that institutional leadership is not defined solely by the scale of projects, but by the depth of methodology that ensures sustainable performance.

The year 2025 was a living embodiment of a culture of operational discipline, where safety and quality standards were seamlessly aligned with execution speed, shaping a model worthy of emulation within the Saudi construction sector.”

Safety and Quality Standards: “Right First Time”

Commenting on field performance, Al-Harbi highlighted that SAPAC’s achievements reflect a high level of maturity in risk and quality management. He noted:
“SAPAC’s successful completion of more than 28 million safe man-hours with zero lost-time injuries, alongside achieving a first-time quality acceptance rate exceeding 92%, stands as clear evidence that safety and quality are not slogans for us, but foundational pillars of our professional doctrine. We firmly believe that true efficiency lies in proactive precision—an approach that minimizes waste and strengthens the company’s reliability in the eyes of our development partners.”

International Recognition: A Testament to Accelerated and Sustainable Growth

Addressing SAPAC’s recognition by Global Business Outlook as the Fastest-Growing Construction Company in Saudi Arabia for 2025, Al-Harbi added:
“This global recognition represents international acknowledgment of SAPAC’s ability to strike a precise balance between rapid geographic expansion and the preservation of the highest technical governance standards.

In a market characterized by intense competition and unprecedented construction momentum, SAPAC has successfully reinforced its position as a trusted strategic partner across infrastructure, water, energy, and building projects. Through this, the company actively contributes to achieving the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, delivering major national projects with both Saudi expertise and global standards.”

Looking Ahead: Toward the Horizons of 2026

Concluding his remarks, the Vice Chairman expressed his appreciation to all teams, stating:
“The successes achieved are, first and foremost, by the grace of God, and then the result of a unique integration between the Group’s strategic vision and the on-ground professionalism of SAPAC’s people.

As we move into 2026, our ambitions go beyond preserving our gains toward pioneering smarter and more sustainable construction solutions. We will continue to invest in human capital and advanced technologies, guided by our conviction that the future is built through discipline, safeguarded by safety, and immortalized by quality.”
