SAPAC successfully executed multiple sections of Makkah’s 3rd and 4th Ring Roads, involving over 8 million cubic meters of earth and rock blasting. These works significantly improved traffic flow and accessibility around the holy city, supporting its ongoing urban expansion and infrastructure development.
